================================= Release 02.34 ================================

This release is an minor  release for support for the Voice - Personal program.
The followings are the updates from the previous release.

1. Add a new CAPI command support "sta_up_load" 
   The command will instruct DUT to upload the rest result (file) from DUT 
   internal storage to a Test Console/Test Manager specified file. Currently
   the command provide a way to upload Voice Personal test result file.

2. UCC Script
   The script includes all recent releases, plus supports the new command 
   "sta_up_load".
